Your information: With every transaction, we collect the personal information you give us, like your name and address, and email address in order to ship your items and send you a receipt of purchase. This data is not used for any other purpose.

Email Marketing: If you opt-in and give us your permission then we may send you emails with news about our products, workshops and other updates. If you decide to opt-out so you no longer receive these updates, simply unsubscribe at the bottom of the email, update your preferences or you can email us as humelooms@gmail.com and you will be removed from our mailing list. Our mailing list is hosted by Mailchimp which stores your name, email, IP address, cookies you can unsubscribe, delete your personal information at anytime. Squarespace: Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace provide us with our online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you and is fully compliant with GDPR, under EU data privacy law.

In accordance with GDPR, Squarespace is in certified compliance with Privacy Shield and your data is stored in their data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application on a secure server behind a firewall.

Cookies: When you visit our website, Squarespace place cookies on your browser to help our site run more effectively and provide the best experience for you. Payment: Both of Squarespace's payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, are PCI-DSS compliant. Sensitive card data is never handled by Squarespace and goes directly to the payment processor's service. Vanderhume or Squarespace do not have access to this information. 

Third-Party Services: Any third party services used by us, such as payment processors, will only collect and use your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. They have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Privacy policy

When you visit my website to view pages, download forms etc. We automatically store only the following information:

  • the domain name (if available) and IP address from which you accessed our site

  • the date and time you visited

  • the pages you viewed

  • the type of browser and operating system you used.

This information enables me to analyse usage of the site and help to improve the website. This monitoring does not include personally identifiable information. Most web site servers on the Internet will store this information every time you visit their site. Personal information collected from users of this site will not be disclosed to third parties. Information will not be sold, shared or rented to any person, persons or organisation.

We take our legal and professional obligations to protect the confidentiality of personal information very seriously. As well as limiting the amount of personal information held, I make sure that staff can only see information that is essential to their job. Some of the personal information used is held on paper and some is held on computers. In both cases, there are processes to securely protect these records and to permanently delete any information that is no longer needed.

information is never published that could be used to directly identify an individual. I only share information about individuals when the direct consent of individuals has been obtained or when there is a clear basis in the law for that information to be shared.
